How do I travel to Trang by train?
Trang can be reached on standard long-distance Thailand rail services. Booking earlier is recommended for overnight departures and holiday periods.
How long does the booking process take?
After submitting your order, we will process your booking within 30 minutes. If your ticket order is not yet on sale, the order will be automatically issued on the sale date. For orders that are already on sale, if you do not receive the e-ticket within 24 hours, please check your email's spam folder or check your booking status through your orders . If you have any issues, you can contact us via email.
How to use electronic train tickets in Thailand?
Electronic tickets are valid boarding passes and can be used to board at the departure station. Passengers can show the electronic ticket on their mobile phones for inspection by station staff.
Can I cancel my ticket after booking?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before departure. The refund will be 70%-90% of the ticket price, with the remaining amount returned to you (the exact refund amount will be subject to the actual refund amount from the station).
Can I cancel if I miss the departure time?
Please note that tickets for trains that have already departed cannot be refunded or changed.
